WALK BARE FOOTED , EAT NATURAL FOODS TO AVOID SICKNESS

Speaking at the monthly ‘Gbada Health and Nutrition Walk’, organised by Grandma’s Pot Nutrition Restaurant in Lagos, Toyo said people need to ‘earth themselves’ by walking barefooted as this would enable them to burning down stress.
An alternative medicine practitioner, who is a physician at T-Gold Health and Wellness Limited, Raymond Toyo, has said walking on bare foot and eating natural food will help people to stay healthy.
Speaking at the monthly ‘Gbada Health and Nutrition Walk’, organised by Grandma’s Pot Nutrition Restaurant in Lagos, Toyo said people need to ‘earth themselves’ by walking barefooted as this would enable them to burning down stress.
“Walking barefooted is highly therapeutic and you are doing yourself a lot of good. When you build a house, the electricians will tell you to earth the house. It is a preventive measure. It is the same thing with our body. We insulate ourselves every time, we wear shoe to office, and even in our house we still wear slippers.
Some people cannot allow their foot to touch the ground. It is wrong. We need to earth ourselves by walking with our barefoot. The earth emits negative irons and helps us to burn down stress,” Toyo said.
He said people are unaware of the best way to life, nothing that there was need to focus on how to oxygenate naturally and learn to deal with diseases that may degenerate.
Toyo said: “What we eat and the way we eat are important. People don’t think it is important to exercise their body. These are major factors to healthy living.” A nutritionist, who manages the restaurant, Deborah Ogundolapo said people must be aware that eating natural food would avoid unnecessary disease.
