The suspected man who killed his girlfriend after she spent the night at his place, has been nabbed along the border last night trying to escape to another country.

TORI News reported on Thursday that a man identified as Andrew Okoth, was currently on the run after Police operatives discovered the body of his girlfriend who is an employee of Tropical Bank of Africa, Kampala, Uganda.
A Police source who had disclosed that the victim identified as Fahima Natoolo was murdered on Sunday morning, adding that Okoth had asked her to spend a night with him at his home in Mbalwa Nabwojjo, a Kampala suburb.

The discovery of Natoolo’s body follows a missing person query posted by a friend on Facebook on Saturday.
"They were last seen together at Red i Bar in Lugogo UMA Showgrounds on Saturday, nobody has seen or heard from them since,” Natoolo’s friend said.
According to a new report, the suspected killer of his girlfriend, was apprehended along the Uganda-Kenya border last night trying to escape to Nairobi.
At the time of arrest, he had injuries on his right arm and left leg. Fahima and Okoth have a child together and had separated, but kept in touch for the sake of the child.
